Simply schedule a pickup through our website, leave your packages outside your door, and we'll handle the rest. We pick up your package returns, store orders, and donations, then drop them off at the appropriate locations.
What services do you offer?
We offer three main services, all priced at $7:
- • Package Returns - $7 (Return your packages)
- • Store Pickup - $7 (Pick up orders from Walmart, Target, Meijer, Kroger)
- • Donations - $7 (Donate items to charity)
How do I schedule a pickup?
Visit our Schedule Pickup page, fill out the form with your details, select your service type, choose a date and time, and complete payment. We'll handle the rest!
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the greater metropolitan area. Contact us to confirm if we service your specific location.
How do I prepare my packages?
For package returns, you can upload your return label or QR code during scheduling. For store pickups, have your order confirmation ready. For donations, simply bag the items securely. Leave everything outside your door on the scheduled day.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup. We'll work with you to find a new time that works.
How do I track my pickup?
You'll receive email confirmations when your pickup is scheduled, completed, and delivered. You can also contact us directly for updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment system. Payment is required at the time of scheduling.
Is my information secure?
Yes, we take your privacy seriously. All personal information is encrypted and secure. We only use your information to provide our pickup services.
