For package returns, you can upload your return label or QR code during scheduling. For store pickups, have your order confirmation ready. For donations, simply bag the items securely. Leave everything outside your door on the scheduled day.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup. We'll work with you to find a new time that works.
You'll receive email confirmations when your pickup is scheduled, completed, and delivered. You can also contact us directly for updates.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment system. Payment is required at the time of scheduling.
Yes, we take your privacy seriously. All personal information is encrypted and secure. We only use your information to provide our pickup services.
